en plein air

August 28- September 1 Week 26/72

painters would be hard pressed to keep pace

with brushes wielded by the changing wind

somehow creating clouds out of cerulean blue

white wisps quickly growing into fluffy plumes

filling nearly every inch of the sky

moments later the palette darkens

infused with foreboding layers of Payne's grey

ultramarine blue and deep, rolling thunder

I watchd this sky up here!!!! Seriously!!!! Same progression, and amazing how quickly things morphed between the three stages. I was digging trench up at the labyrinth. Somehow I failed to take it in that I was about to get drenched!
