I saw it as a piano score, treble above and base below and, working with triple, I immediately heard the first six notes of Fur Elise, but for the seventh it didn’t go up again but started to wander down a less melodic and almost spiritual path.
I would love to hear an interpretation of the footprint song! Happy New Year to you both as well. Let's hope that 2022 is a bit brighter for us all.
Just lovely! I thought at first that I might be able to sing it as fur Elise, but it wandered into a kind of Eastern song of solitude. It would be fun to put it into a piano score and see what happens. I think if I kind of give up on “deep geometric grid thinking,” I MAY FIND MY WAY again! Thank you for the gift of the 72!
